  • Custom or Personalized Items: Handmade items that are personalized or custom-made specifically for you are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Perishable Goods: Items like food or flowers cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 
3. Damaged or Defective Items
